Our topic in Spring term (January-March) is Castles and Fairy tales.

In the first part of this term we will be finding out about castles; why were they built? who lived in them? how were castles defended? who worked in castles?

In the second part of the term we will be learning more about Fairy tales; what is a fairy tale? what is a traditional story? what sort of characters are in fairy tales? How do I write a fairy tale story?
